As I stepped into my business office this week, I was confronted with a disheartening sight – a trail of wasted potential and squandered resources. The aftermath of a rainy night and morning revealed a distressing scene: a delivery of magazines, abandoned on the steps, left to perish in the downpour. These magazines, destined for a midwife’s office neighboring mine, lay ruined and unreadable, victims of a careless oversight.

The avoidable loss of these materials not only signified a financial setback for the supplier but also posed a detriment to the intended recipients – the midwife’s clients.
